Dramatic Sunset Over The Lake
Sunset over Lake Palestine in East Texas.
I got a late start on this one. I was driving home and noticed the sky was looking good for some photos so I grabbed my gear and headed to the lake. I was seeing all this beautiful sky as I was driving there and I was worried that I might not make it before the sun went down totally, so I almost stopped along the way to shoot it over some ranch land, but I decided to keep going. I finally made it and got set up and shot this just in time. Just a few minutes later the sun had set and all the color was gone.
